North Pole Express 2005 Photo Page

Our Museum has never looked better as three sold out trains departed the Campo Depot for the North Pole on the evenings of December 1, 2 and 3. With more than 250 passengers on board each train, each rider had the opportunity to make a Santa’s wish list, enjoy hot chocolate and home baked cookies, listen to a famous Christmas book and sing Christmas carols on the trip. Upon arrival at the North Pole, the train was greeted by Santa Claus at his village, complete with a sleigh and reindeer. On the trip back to Campo, each child was visited by Santa and given a bell as their first gift of Christmas. At the end of each evening, there were nothing but smiling faces as our visitors were introduced to night railroading in the spirit of Christmas.

Could this be his first train ride?
