Ex Southern Pacific #2844. Acquired March 12, 1931. Returned to Southern Pacific May 1941 and renumbered 2844. Returned to SD&AE August 1948 renumbered 106. As built it had 43300 lbs tractive force and 200 lbs boiler pressure. Sold to Purdy Co., Los Angeles for scrap October 7, 1958.
