"Coronado Village" Condominiums
Twenty-three luxury townhouses, styled as the model illustrates, have been completed
and are on sale in a condominium project on Coronado Island, California, just
across the bay from downtown San Diego. They were developed on Southern Pacific
Land Company property by our Sequoia Pacific Reaico affiliate. The town-houses,
sold on longterm leaseholds, are in several three-bedroom, three-bath models and
boast a variety of community amenities: a recreation center, swimming pool,
health pool, sauna, and outdoor barbeques.

BULLETIN BOARD
Del A. Grantham, agent-telegrapher on the San Diego & Arizona Eastern Railway, is an auctioneer.
"I had my own auctioneering business on the side for 10 years," he says, "but it
got too demanding so I gave it up. I plan to return to it when I retire in a couple of years."
Meanwhile, he uses his talents to raise money for various service clubs in San Diego area.
"My most recent auction was for the Toastmasters Club." he reports.
